To book your private Italy tour, all you have to do is fill out our inquiry form, book a call with us, and pay your initial deposit!
You’ll select one of our four itineraries, share some necessary details with us about your goals for your trip, and we’ll have a quick call to discuss logistics and possible customizations.
Then, we’ll create a custom “itinerary” based on what you’d like to experience, and send you a custom travel quote.
To accept the quote and secure your booking for your private tour, you’ll pay your initial deposit.
Once that’s all set — mark your calendar, because you’re going to Italy!
Pop the Prosecco, because you've secured your private Italy tour!
After your deposit is received, you'll get an email with access to the Vacation Vault which inside has local recommendations, details on how to meet up your tour, and more!
We take a 15% initial deposit, and then 50% of the total balance is due 180 days before. 90 days before, the remaining balance is due.
If you book a private group and you want to customize your itinerary, a $1,000 private trip design fee is applied.
If you book your private tour using an existing itinerary, this fee is waived.
Our private tours of Italy are capped at 12 travelers and require a minimum of 8 guests to run.
A minimum of 7 days. We do not offer trips shorter than 7 days, because we want to ensure you have the full Italian experience!
