We fell in love.

A year later, we crafted this journey to introduce others to its magic—its food, its wine, its people, and its unspoiled charm. But not just any honey—this was something extraordinary. At a meal with one of the chefs we visit on one of our other tours, Italy’s Epicurean Journey, we tasted a beyond-organic, raw honey sourced from the pristine hinterlands of Le Marche, near the Umbrian border.
Intrigued, I (Chantelle!) reached out to the producer, and he welcomed us to meet him in person. That visit opened our eyes to the untouched beauty of this territory—its rolling hills, its small family-run producers, its stunning landscapes, and the incredible chefs and local guides who bring it all to life.
